We thank you and appreciate your availing of PRODUCTs with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully. They will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our Users concerning any PRODUCT you avail from us. The Policy concerning refund and cancellation requests shall follow the forthcoming terms and conditions.


FOR PRODUCT: The Company shall accept the return of the PRODUCTs sold under the following circumstances:

  1. If User is not 100% satisfied with the PRODUCT. It is necessary that the User provided proper explanation for the return of PRODUCTs.
  2. If PRODUCT is different from PRODUCT description.
  • If User finds that the PRODUCT is damaged upon opening the package.
  1. If Package is already opened on delivery.

The Company accepts return within 7 days from the date of delivery of the PRODUCT, provided that the PRODUCTs have not been used, recycled or damaged by the User. It is necessary that the PRODUCTs are returned along with the accessories provided. Users can either contact us by raising a ticket on support.neuphony.com. Kindly note, the return request will be processed only upon submission of supportive evidence, like unboxing videos and photographs, etc.

*The Full Refund is only entertain if the PRODUCT is returned in an undamaged state, as per the discretion of the Company.


FOR PRODUCT: The Company shall accept the cancellation of the PRODUCTs ordered within 24 Hours, and the payment shall be refunded as per the Terms of Refund.

The Company shall provide refund to the User within 15-21 business days only under the following conditions –

  1. If the User is not satisfied with the PRODUCT delivered and want to return the PRODUCT.
  2. If the User has made a cancellation request within 24 Hours of the Order towards the PRODUCT or the PRODUCT.
  • Replacement will be provided to the customer if PRODUCT delivered is damaged, different from that which is ordered or in case the package is opened before the delivery.
  1. Payments done through online payment modes shall be refunded back to the account through which the payment is done or a store credit is given will be given.
  2. In case of full refund of policy, the Company shall examine the PRODUCTs and shall perform quality check. After the examination and quality check the refund of money shall be processed within 15-21 business days.
