The human race tends to believe that meditation tools just like physical growth, mental growth reaches a certain peak in adulthood and then starts deteriorating as an individual move towards old age. But with the advancing technology and the means to evaluate brain activities, neuroscientists have proved that no matter what age one is at, every stimulus or the input that a brain receives can make changes in the brain’s structure.
Living in the present is more important than worrying about the future and regretting the past. We feel like it’s easier said than done.
