The Neuphony 7 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all Neuphony headbands purchased from our website.
We are confident that you’ll love our product, but if you face any issue with the device, our team commits to try to resolve all your issues in our capacity. If you the issue still persist , we’ll offer you a full refund*.
If you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase and want to return it to us, then you must email support@neuphony.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Notifications to return cannot be made over the phone.

- Make sure you keep the box so it can be re-used to send it back. Headbands MUST be packaged and returned safely in the same packaging used to deliver the headband to you by the customer. This includes the packaging of the charger and components. Retain packaging in the event of a return. The return charges would be borne by the customer.
- If the headband incurs damage during transit due to inadequate packaging, Pankhtech reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of replacement of the damaged part or component.
- To remain eligible we ask you to adopt a fair usage frame of mind and ensure there is no damage to the headband. Damage caused by improper use will be charged at retail rates.
Deductions will be made for scratches and obvious wear & damage as well. - Where a product returned within the 7 day period and a refund is requested, Pankhtech will refund the original product purchase price. The money will be refunded within 15 days after the device is received by Neuphony.
* We do not provide any refund on the devices purchased on subscription*
